after 5 straight days digging a trail and sculpting jumps etc... i am totally ruined ๐Ÿ™‚
my arms, legs, back and shoulders are shot but i got a well earned beer on the go now.
๐Ÿ™‚

how many on here build/dig trails?

I do 4 hours every 2 weeks and it destroys me ๐Ÿ˜† It's not the digging, it's the barrowing, aaargh, I hates me the barrowing

I move a few branches and logs that have been placed across the trails in Broxbourne woods.

dug djs for years, not any more though. was always a good workout.
making single track is a lot easier, just takes a long time to ride in.

when i dug my dj's it took me weeks barrowing sand up the hill. they are dug 2-3 ft down too so they dont erode in the wind on the hill

revamped a dis used dual course into a singletrack trail that will turn jumpy after a large 180 berm ๐Ÿ™‚ ๐Ÿ™‚ plus bigger table top on its own etc...
