Not off road, no. I've met loads of people off of here, and as a result get to meet up to go for more rides than if I weren't on here at all. It's an excellent way to meet up with others in your area and even further afield. Last weekend I was at the BigBikeBash, an event organised by one of the people on here. Loads of other STWers were there.
Bike kit? I've bought loads more bargains off people on here, and been given stuff.
