Dave "Dibbs" Dibble was an active member on this forum up until three years ago when he passed away suddenly ( https://singletrackworld.com/forum/topic/rider-down-4/).

I am helping Dave's wife, Di Dibble, sell a couple of his bikes. Anyone who knew Dave will be aware that he took great care of his bikes, was an exceptional home-mechanic and an excellent wheel builder.

The bikes being sold includes a Wilier Triestina Cento ISR and a Whyte 19 Race. I have them posted on the singletrackworld classifieds titled:
WIlier Triestina Cento ISR
Whyte 19 Race: XTR / Chris King

I would consider breaking down the mountain bike - offers for the wheelset/frame/forks/groupset are welcome. Road cycling is less my expertise if anyone has suggestions on where is best to advertise second-hand road bikes please share. Of course, if you can think of potential buyers point them in my direction.

Thanks!

Mike.

Again good luck with this sale.
Dibbs was a propper nice guy.
Guided us round the Q's and had a brilliant ride with him.
Was shocked at the news of his death.

Thanks all. It is clear that Dave had a big influence on many riders. He was certainly a huge influence on my life. I started mountain biking with his son Rob, around 25 years ago, at 9 years old. Dave would take us to races, fix and upgrade our bikes and generally made mountain biking so much fun that I'm still at it 25 years later.
