as title. Recently got a nice Blackburn rack for the cx bike and Santa is bringing me some Ortlieb Panniers, however for short trips I'll be leaving panniers and strapping a 20L Alpkit drybag onto rack. Looking for some solid, light straps/bungees.

Saw some links to 'fasty straps' but at £5 delivery not top of the list.

reccomendations/suggestions ?

Thanks

Hi I use straps made by Velcro. Have used them for multi-day off-road trips and they have held up really well.
Stretchy ones:

And non-stretchy:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Velcro-Adjustable-Straps-25mm-VEL60327/dp/B0018AA1WS/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1385557555&sr=8-4&keywords=velcro+straps

See them in action here: http://vimeo.com/78028506#at=0 🙂

Cheers

I use sections of old inner tubes with knots in, works great on my rack (freeload) but may have different anchorpoints to yours.
