Magicshine arrived and the light didnt work. Completed online form with a photo too and nothing for three days! Then I get an email asking me to repair it locally, and to save the hassle of sending it back they would issue me $12 in my account (their words). My reply was simple - replace it! Is this going to get worse from here? Not great first impressions, hopefully there have been some good dealings with you guys and DX??
