A work Colleague has just gifted me a lovely spare Ultegra BB, barely used and I’m considering pairing it up with [u][url= http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=29216 ]This[/url][/u] as a cheapish upgrade over the tired Truvativ effort currently on my Road bike, anyone got any other recommendations for a cheapish Road HT2 double ideally in 170mm (without BB)?

None of the Shimano HT2 chainsets include BB, but the R550's spot on for the money.

If that's a Tiagra then it's a fiver cheaper at Ribbles, or a Soras twenty quid cheaper.
