I thought Rapha made these -- the sort of thing you can ride to work with and then walk into the office without looking too flamboyant -- but when I looked they don't have such a thing. Anyone know where I can by a smart-looking jacket or 3/4-length coat that wont ride up my back or leave 6" of wrist exposed?

You need a copy of Urban Cyclist Magazine! Full of stuff exactly like that. I don't have a copy to hand, but from memory Endura and Royal both do "Urban" ranges. Ted Baker and Paul Smith also if you want to splash the cash. There's loads of brands out there now.
