Nope, still good, and long may it continue. Although we run our own scheme and can be a little more flexible with options at the end of the hire period.
Its great as it floods ebay with little used 1yr old bikes 🙂

it works out about the same as buying a discounted bike (20ish%), with 0% finance.
if you've got the cash, you could just look for and buy a bike with a discount, and it would work out about the same.
depends if you employers think they can get away with charging you 25% of the value at the end of the scheme as opposed to just the tax on 25% which is what the tax man wants

Depends on the scheme. If your company runs their own scheme then you can probably buy the discounted bike through the scheme and save even more.
