I'm struggling to find a pair of motorbike handlebars with the correct sweep to allow me to be really comfortable.
A thought jumped out - why not fit some cycle bars?
I've got On-One Mary bars on one of my bikes. They are a really comfortable all-day bar. They are 60mm shorter then the current motorbike bars, that isnt a problem.
Strength could be an issue, but I'd say MTB bars have a tougher life than motorbike bars.
Any thoughts?

How does the clamping position work with motorbikes having a dual clamp set up ?
I'm a lifelong motorcyclist, it isn't something I'd consider.

Yes, of course, i hadnt thought of that.
It wouldnt work because of the dual clamps, as the Mary doesnt have a flat central section.
The OG V2 may be ok though.

I wouldn’t personally - if you drop the motorbike, one of the easiest ways to pick it up is with the bars - I doubt MTB bar would be strong enough.

Might be worth looking for clamp extenders/risers and/or clip-on bars with more adjustment.

Don't do this, bike bars go on a bike weighing 20kg, motorbikes weight 10 times that and travel many times faster and puts forces many times what a bike does through its parts.

You're suicide.

If you want to kill yourself with style, go Burt Monro and put some drop bars on it.

Go for it. I mean, what's the worst that could happen?
