Looking at getting a Cube Peloton SL on Bike2Work scheme ( http://www.cube.eu/uk/bikes/road-race/peloton/cube-peloton-sl-rednblack-2015/) but their sizings seem off compared to other bikes I have owned.
Looking at their size guide I'm between a 60cm and 62cm - currently ride a 58cm Spesh Allez - although their geo charts don't actually have any measurements that correspond to 60 or 62!
Anyone own a Cube Peloton? If so how does it compare to other brands you have experienced?
I'm 6ft 1 with a 35" inside leg. Armspan slightly smaller than height so a short reach in comparison.
Can try at LBS but they only have 58cm and lower in stock (which was too small) so will have to order in to try!!
If it helps I'm a 6'1" (185m) 34"inseam on a 60cm Agree with a 110cm stem slammed. Fits ME perfectly. Use to have a Allez with 10mm stem which always felt too big.
The Peloton has a shorter top tube and higher head tube, so will be more upright than an Agree.
Thats ideal thanks - your measurements are not far off mine so goes with my 60cm thinking.
Shorter Top Tube suits (really a leisure/sportive rider rather than a racer!)
I'm 5ft 10 32 inch inside leg and have a 58cm Peloton and fits fine.
I don't have a Peloton but have been riding a 2011 Agree for a few years and looking at the table, it's got similar TT/seat tube dimensions.
I have a 58 and it sizes a bit like a 56 in other brands, so seems to come up small for the size. I was looking at a Cannondale 56 or Focus Izalco in L/56.
I'm a shade under 6 foot and it was a great size for me. I've just gone for something else based on a similar reach number (followed by fitting in a shop) and it's also perfect.
I did change the stem to 110mm from 100 and bars to 44 from 42 on the Cube though.
Size up due to the short TT.
If 58cm spesh fits then a 60cm cube will probably be best.
I'll get them to order a 60 in to try - thanks for confirming all!
