I just received some outstanding service from Crud Products.
Whilst wheeling my road bike along on it's back wheel on Monday, I inadvertently snapped the rear Roadracer mudguard.
I had initially purchased from Wiggle, but no spare parts available.
Checking the Crud Products website led me to this page.
I figured that 6 stamps for a replacement was pretty cheap and they are, after all only bits of plastic, so can't cost much.
Today, not only the blade I needed arrived, but also a spare fitting kit. And to cap it all, 7 stamps were used for the postage, never mind the cost of the packaging.
Outstanding service indeed and definitely recommended.
well that's better than crud service...
For the price he charges for some molded plastic, it seems reasonable.
Been loads of positive feedback about Crud's customer service on various road bike / darkside* (*delete as necessary) forums since the launch of the Mark 1 Road Racers.
