[Closed] Crimps for end of cables

I am after buying crimps, the sort that go on the end of gear and brake cables. I seem to get through them fairly quickly and it would appear you can only buy 4 or 5 at a time from Chain Reaction and the likes. Does anyone know where they can be bought in larger quantities - for example 100 off?

Cheers

Dave

I often just use superglue. Means you can pull them back through the outers if you've not made too much nof a ball on the end too.

Also interested in getting a supply of these.

Usually ask at LBS if buying something else and blag a couple, but would be nice to have a little jar of them.

Could split with you/others if they come in huge quantities?

Halfords seems to be one of the easiest high street places to get hold of them.
Think a small pack with 6/8 in is under a quid

I used to solder my cable and then snip it but it does leave quite a stiff sharp sticky outy thing to lacerate something unawares. I got a pack of 100 cheap from Parker international.

Bassspine "so just buy brake and use them for both".

But the brake one is larger, so that's extra weight for a gear cable ๐Ÿ˜‰
