Sent back a snapped rear axle from a Pro 2 hub last week, on Friday I think it was. The axle was 2-3 years old at least, and I had no receipt or paperwork of any sort, even though I'd bought the wheels new. Got a shiny new replacement in the post yesterday, no questions asked.
