My 146 came with a fizik gobi xm saddle The bike is a year old now (although only really ridden for around 6 months of that) and I noticed the other week that the plastic shell of the saddle had broke clean in half.
I emailed some pics and filled out a form through there website and received a reply next day asking for some numbers on the shell.
And today I arrive home to find a brand new saddle has arrived.
You have to give that sort of customer service 10/10

conversely i had an old style gobi and it wore through the leather at the bottom of the sides (very sharp radius as the leather doubles back on itself) in 6 months, i emailed them via their website, and they didn't even reply. after a further year with a peice of inner tube streched over the front i threw it away when that wore out too. (odd that the inner tube lasted longer than the leather, who'd have thought it)
I then got a gobi xm as the original was comfy but i did't like it at all it's too wide 🙁
(so back to an SDG bel air, which is nice and comfy again)
