Got some overshoes (Endura MT500) off them around Nov and they've started to fall apart. Reviews on here and other places suggested them lasting a whole winter etc so said pretty much that to CRC.
I got an email today apologising and there's a new set in the post. No need to send the old ones back either!

its really hard to beat crc. price is nearly always the best and the service you get is second to none. if you have a problem just give them a call and it WILL be sorted. thanks for all the excellent service you have provided me with chain reactions. keep it up
