Do you actually get confirmation from CRC after returning something? How long should it take? Cheers.

Yes,
both times I have returned stuff, the day after it arrived ( I sent parcels signed for)
Refunds take a further 2-3 days

Cheers. I returned something about 2 weeks ago but have not received an email, but my card has been refunded, so all's good.
