I had been using freeflowbikes.com recently with no probs but old habits die hard and I skipped onto the website from ad here on stw. I thought I will get a couple of things since I am here. Well I ordered the in stock articles 2 days ago now and they t still haven't been despatched. Same happened on my last order. Why? They used to be good

if you absolutely categorically need it the day after then pay for next day. I wouldn't moan about a free service because its free. CRC are a reputable online trader and I have nothing but praise for them as they have always got my stuff to me and they have never lied about delivery times and never messed up my order.

this has been done to death and deserves no more thread about their FREE service which I happen to think is brilliant, not quick but its free!

Two orders, one consisting of a Hope QR seat clamp, Halo QR skewers and some rather s****y chrome DMR V12 pedals and another with some Nuke Proof grips and an e13 Supercharger ordered in the last week. Both turned up within 3/4 days.

Have never had any problem with them and you can't argue with their delivery price ๐Ÿ˜›

They messed my order up 2 times in a row, a couple of years back. Took a while to eventually reply to my emails and refund me.

They're still my first port of call though, even though some components are slightly cheaper elsewhere. 99% of the time their service is spot on!

I find the CRC service to be brilliant, especially for free service. I tend to find them quicker than evans or wiggle. I ordered stuff lunchtime on tuesday and it was waiting for me today- can't get much quicker.

i stopped looking at the invoices 2 years ago when they topped 15 grand and in that time (since day dot) only one order has had one wrong item needing returned,if i lived in town i would use a LBS but every delivery out to the sticks is never more than 3 days, always get an email if something is out of stock, always cheapest way to build a bike with CRC, lately also had great service with price shaggers on ebay...what a name though!

i find crc brilliant and never have to wait more than 2 days after an order for the item to arrive.

as said above it has been a bank holiday weekend in NI

Ah...Bank Holiday W/E in NI...this explains why my tri-bars order has still not been processed beyond just the acknowledgement that it's been received then! I will calm down as have been waiting four days now!
