Why?
I used to be able to log in, add a few things to my basket and then get distracted by actual work, then later on come back and add a few more things or browse. But it keeps logging me out so when I add to my basket it has cleared it, the page locks and stops responding, and I have to close my browser and log in again. Not a problem, but its a barrier to trade really because I get fed up, close the page and decide not to buy after all. (Then they send me a reminder to complete my purchase and I think to myself I might start shopping elswhere..)
Cache probably wants clearing
Done that. Makes no difference.
Gah it's done it again. Left the page open, then 20 mins later got an email saying "complete your order". So for the sake of science I clicked on it, and guess what, logged out, with empty basket.
I have long hated the new crc format and always thought it was down to one over zealous web-coding type, it seems this person has surpassed themself now by creating features to activley piss me off.
I have e same issues (cleared cache, tried a different browser and a different computer).
Very frustrating. Now I save links of the products in a want to buy.
Its done this ever since they updated the website a while ago. PITA
