I shouldn't bother - I've had umpteen of these, none of which have ever worked. My usual scenario goes like this and in this order:
"Please enter in correct format" (format is always correct & identical to that on voucher)
"This voucher code is no longer valid" (funny that - why bother sending it?)
"This voucher has already been used" (really? It was invalid a moment ago)
Waste of time.
