So i got a few hairline cracks inbetween spoke holes on my rear 29er rim.
Running 28 hole ones , am I unlucky and just replace with the same. I do love the rims, really easy to go tubless no burping ets unlike the low end dt swiss I had to put back on which are bomb proof but are a pain to pump up tubless and do burp a bit.
Suggestions please

Are you hard on the bike or a full figured chap? If so maybe think about a crest or flow rim

If you're after similar width but tougher, I can wholeheartedly recommend the DT Swiss EX471. My god it's a tough rim.

No burping issues and work great tubeless too.

WTB asym i29, DT swiss xm1501 here, both seem up to standard here.

28 hole will load them up a fair bit more, and reduces your alternatives too... XM481 maybe?

I have a pair of Flow on the basis that at 15st plus riding kit I would be close or above the max weight limit of 108kgs I think on the others.
