Its a Giant Anthem 2007, noticed this the other day. Any thoughts?

Easily sorted with zip ties, gaffer tape and a hammer.

Im not the original owner. I bought it second hand about 3 years ago, so I don't hold out much hope of getting it under warranty.

Doomed, I'm afraid - I had one on a Giant in exactly the same place - got it welded up and it then lasted for another 6 months before it went again in the same place!
