i wear it all the time, summer and winter. keeps your temp regulated. Other claims like recovery, and performance mmmmmmmm, maybe. anyways, i used skins last year coz i was given a shed load of it. this year im using some cheap stuff from korea off ebay, which is ok, but not skins quality.
