[Closed] Converting full run cables to exposed. Where do I buy the cable stops ?

I've always had trouble with stiff cables on the Rohloff making it hard to change gear when they are a bit worn and full of mud.
I thought I'd have a go at converting to exposed cables, with sealed ends, but I'm not sure how to do it.

I've got these cable guides at the moment.

What I want is something like this;

or this;

except a bit smaller and neater to clamp on to my existing guides.

Surely most people move away from exposed cables because they let more mud/water in no matter how good the sealing is.

My cables now last years rather than seasons since moving to a frame with full run outers.

This is all you need…..

Mudlovers cables are fully sealed without running full length outers. I've had them on all my bikes for years, and they're fine to ride through filthy northern winter mudfests without complaint. Under 20 notes for a full set on Merlin at the moment
