As title says. I currently have full SLX 3x10 drivetrain. If i wanted to make my bike 1x10 what would I need to replace? A new crankset?

No need to replace anything. You migh need a chain guide and you might want to put a bash on. But, if you are lucky then all you need do is get rid of the front mech, the 2 spare chain rings and you'll be away. You could take a link or two out of the chain too.
