A friend sent me the crowdfunder a while ago. I'm not really convinced you gain much by being able to fold it up. Obviously all the weight of the cargo bit is still their. True, it's quite a bit shorter which has advantages for storage, or if you want to take it on a train, but I don't really see that making it worth the asking price. New idea/niche market - always going to be expensive at first though... will be interesting to see if it takes off.

Hmm, at first look seems a good idea but like most of these clever ideas sometimes it's suffers too much from being not one thing or the other or not particularly great at either...

Just adding a trailer when needed to a 'normal' bike might be a better idea.
