After managing to get a new bike through C2W, I'm left with my 2011 Karate Monkey to experiment with. So, I'm jumping on the bandwagon and trying out a 27.5 rear and was wondering if anyone had any experience with Conti's Cross Kings in 2.8? Are they bang(ish)-on width? Over? Under? I always rated the 29x2.4 version, apart from it's Durex-like puncture protection.

I've used the 2.6 and it was bang on (30mm internal rim). Sidewalls were more substantial than the 26" 2.4 I had previously too.

@davewalsh ok, 30mm will be what I'll be using, so I'll assume that the 2.8 will be about right too. Just need to see if it'll squeeze in with wiggle room, if not, 2.6 it is!
