I can't find a phone number for Wiggle and emailed them - they will respond within 12-16 working hours!!! Why does it take so long?
I've contacted other retailers and got them by phone (Merlin, JE James) and got email response (JE James answer within 5 mins!).
What are your thoughts people, should we be getting full phone and email contacts for these companies?
I reckon they should have phone lines
In fact they should give me a job there, £50000 a year, and bike parts at cost :p
Wiggle are probably the only online retailer I've come across that don't publish their phone number (although a search on here will give it to you).
By law companies have to publish contact details on their websites but it doesn't have to include a phone no.
You have email contact details anyway - it's jus the timescale for the reply that's the issue? Could just buy from a shop?
