Online chat unavailable, won’t answer phone, automated email reply saying query answered within 24 hours!
Just want to speak with someone!
Anyone else have similar issue?

When I try live chat on my phone it says unavailable
I online messaged them this week over missing order.
Reply 48hrs later to say they would look into it.
Just had email that the courier is delivering today.
took about 6-7 mins, ok standard
response
I just email customer services and they reply within 24hrs.
They’ve always sorted me out.
My parcel was due on Saturday and was lost.
Had a replacement on Monday.
Must be 2 out of 5000000 orders had an issue.
Be patient and don’t stress!
