just bought one of these http://www.tooled-up.com/Product.asp?PID=128126

seems pretty good for the money, a mate has got a 50 litre silverline one for work and that's good and cheap (cheaper than my sealey)

I bought a tiny (6 litre I think) wolf compressor from screfix for about £60, is that the same one that Aldi do ? It's been fine for inflating tubeless tyres which has been it's main use.

Aldi one will be ok if you don't plan on using too much, however I and mates have had problems with Aldi power tools in the past not being very good quality.
