The problem with getting it as a length is that you would need the flexible section at the end (at least on a road bike you would) where you can't accommodate the curve of the bars with compressionless brake cable outer. The link looks fairly decent.

as someone who has set up 2 cable disc roadbikes with compressionless outer i respectfully disagree.
