Will a 10 speed XT Cassette run with a 105 5700 rear mech?
Just thinking about the gearing on my CX..

No
Unless the largest sprocket is only 28 teeth.
You could try a longer B tension screw or a smaller jockey wheel or something like that to bodge it.

You can use a 10 speed road mech (with clearance issues on anything bigger than a 30t) or 9 speed mtb mechs (up to 34t cassettes or 36t with longer b tension screw)
