Just a quick query. Will a hybrid bike be significantly quicker on an hour long commute if I change out the wheels and run 25c tyres instead of 35c ones (as small as I can go on the rims I have) or am I best off just getting a proper road bike and "getting me head down". I do quite like the better view on the hybrid but appreciated the 15 minute gain on my mates borrowed racer.
Thoughts?
