Having driven through Barcelona several times and lived in Ibiza, I wouldn't want to be around Spanish drivers whilst I was riding a bike!!!

Jumping red lights, repeatedly on the road and cycle lane
A large portion of your commute on the pavement, very "cutting edge" rising past a Police car too.
Barcelona is a great city and they look to have proper cycle lanes.

Haha! In Spain, if safe to do so, red lights are meant to be jumped!

I have never felt as safe in a city on a bike as I have in Barcelona.
