I've just started my new job up in the beautiful(!) surrounds of East Manchester. Got to drive in for a couple of days while I get my stuff sorted but can anyone help with suitable commute routes in please? New Mills into town preferably avoiding the A6 as much as possible.
Either on-road or a route using canal towpaths etc suitable for a CX bike. I've not even worked out a distance or possible time. I know it took me nearly an hour in the car this morning via A6, M60 and off at J23 then A635/A662.
Plenty of bike parking, showers etc so that's not a worry.
