After looking for chain guides, then looking at the bolt mounts, i've found them to be maybe put on the wrong way? Maybe i'm just crazy, but the iscg 05 bolt mounts are flush on the front with the threading open on the back. First two images show the front right behind the chainring and the last picture is the back under the tube with the threading open... I don't understand this, maybe someone has an answer.

They're little stickers that have been painted over if memory serves me correctly. Just peel 'em off.

Oh man, I feel dumb.
Thanks so much, i should have just tried to throw a bolt in.
