I dislocated mine a bit a week or so ago but it is loosening up and hurting much less. Thinking of going out for a pootle on Sunday, am I likely to damage it more if I do?

Don't know. Did the doc say it was dislocated? Probly best go and ask the doc I reckon.

Thought as this was a dead common injury I'd ask here.

I dont think dislocating is as common as breaking it.

Doubt you would do any longterm harm as long as you remain very steady, but as its more tissue damage than bone damge you have, it is possible you could set yourself back a bit.

Of course giantjaunt is right, be best to ask your doc.
