any trail closures, or recommend bits? it must be 13 years since I've been!
The Beast is a fantastic day ride, one of the best epic trail centre rides in Wales I think. Has a bit of everything and includes the fantastic Adam's Family trail sections (personal favourite!).
I loved the MBR trail. I did it twice and a lap of the blue.

Cut up the fire road and do the lower sections of Tarw from Man Trap onwards - brilliant!
The more pleasant option of starting the trails behind the visitor centre was closed a month or so back, but everything else was open. I'd recommend being a touch careful of blind crests on False Teeth section, you'll be concentrating on the trail too much to notice the little warning sign before the biggie, and may have been lulled into a false sense of security by the previous crests 😯
