I'm off to Coedy on Monday for a few days, the guys I'm going with are a bit less fit and enthusiastic than me (not that I'm particularly fit myself) so I usually get a cheeky extra bit of riding in once they're done when we go away. Are there any relatively easy to find good natural or unmarked routes round there or should I just do an extra lap of something? Any DH runs hidden anywhere?

There's stuff hidden about but you would need a local really as its away from the normal trails. The footpaths are really good though and the old trails

There is a bridleway on the west side of the road. It is without doubt the roughest patch of land ive ever been across. No path just grade A hike a bike, waist to shoulder high tussocks. Type 2 maybe even type 3 fun depending on your mindset.

Maybe the Pont Scethin loop if you don't mind a short drive and get a shift on.
