Off to CYB on saturday and then onto Landegla on sunday, any snow up their?! How do they hold up in this type of weather? I'm hoping it adds to the fun. Also I've never been to Llandegla so wondering which trails to do, I have seen 'the drop' on Youtube and wondering which trail thats on? Any advice would be great as will only have 5-6hrs at Llandegla so wish to make the most of it.

A couple of drops on the freeride area but the rest of the trails no big drops , most stuff can be rolled but go quick and its a blast,
I guess for us mere mortals even the small drops are fun.
must save up and get Jedi'd ๐Ÿ˜€
There is a Duathlon on this Sunday so maybe busy in the carpark 200 entries including me short fat guy running round ๐Ÿ˜ฏ

Trails will be deadly until this rain and freezing conditions go, its ubber slippy out here.

Would it be best to do Llandegla on saturday and CYB on sunday then?

Also this is the drop I found on youtube, nothing major but thought it would be fun to style it up a bit!! (more like land badly and wipe out!)

Was at Llandegla yesterday and was talking on phone to a pal in N Wales this morning. There's no snow at the mo. Degla was a hoot yesterday - frozen solid and fast - with virtually no icy puddles. Rode Red/Black which is really well drained.

That drop is on the Freeride area, which you can pick up at the end of the trails next to the pump track, I would go Llandegla Saturday, the Duathlon is using the Red route from what the paper work says maybe a mix of Red and forest you never know, it starts around 12 and finishes at 3 so there is still the morning free and late afternoon, on the Sunday.
Wednesday the trails where dusty my bike is still covered in a layer of it ๐Ÿ˜€

Cheers for all the info guy's. Really looking forward to it as haven't been out on bike for a few weeks due to work and family.

I rode Llandegla last weekend and it was frozen hard. It was so dry in the woods, it was dusty in places. It's also super smooth, I wished I had a hardtail at times.

I rode CyB this weekend last year and it was another that held up really well. Much rockier and slippier though.
