Has anyone ridden the trails in Coed Y Brenin?
Are there any trails there suitable for someone (me!) who does not have very high fitness levels? Or is it all climbs?

Temtiwr and Tarw aint that bad for climbs but expect some. MBR has a b******d of a fire road climb near the end.
