Anybody done it? Specifically the Jumps and Drops coaching day?

I’ve done the logical progression course there which is the one before drops and jumps (and features both). Sensibly delivered by really nice, easy to understand people. I’d do another course with them again.

Did the J&D course at the start of the year. Went OK but felt a like they could have done a bit more with us.

There wasn't any video work to show what we were doing right/wrong and it was more a case of "this is how I do it, now you try".

I managed to do the drop on GBU which had plagued me for ages but that may have just been down to the progression from the small drops and building confidence myself & watching/following others doing it.

Thanks both, what level did you consider yourself at before the course? I’m happy riding steep off piste but don’t really bother with the DH stuff as it’s a bit crowded at weekends. I’m trying to gauge if I need to do the Logical Progression first.

Pretty confident rider at speed, not too hot on jumps & drops hence the course.

I found that I could do all of the drops etc at the skills area @ FoD pretty well before the course. The only thing, really, that I got out of it was the confidence to do the GBU drop.
