Ordered a part about two weeks ago, gave it a week them sent an email to query why it hadn't arrived, no response, so today I have tried to ring and am going straight to voicemail?

Is anyone aware of any problems?

Hi MrMo,

I buy a lot of stuff from Clee, all arrives next day or pretty damn close. I would have thought it's either lost in the post or something odd has happened.

I know the owner - Andy - is racing in the Transwales (and leading the male vet solo) at the moment, so not sure how that will affect the shop.

They will definitely sort you out, they're a really nice bunch of chaps

Hope that helps a bit

Cheers

Ricks

I've used these guys a few times as they seem to hold a large stock of KCNC bits & the service has been both excellent & friendly.

Granted, they seemed a touch more expensive than some of the big online retailers but service wise they have been first class....

Same here. Have used them for a few KCNC bits and a wheel build. Service was brilliant every time Ive dealt with them (including a spoke query 8 months after the wheel build - they remembered and had kept details on file). Hopefully just a isolated incident.
