Everything's rigid singlespeedable isn't it.

It's all rigid singlespeed fixie unicyclable. Good fun - v smooth and bermy trails, prob around 5 miles in all. Trail direction is overall clockwise - piece to the north of the stream is a good blue, can be ridden v fast. Trails to the south give you more options to join wee loops together, with a few reds and a black section which is all v comfy.
You tend to see the odd person walking on the trails - and you don't have long sight lines through the trees. Not a place to ride absolutely flat out IMHO - notch below.
