Hi, bought a 2nd hand frame + King tapered headset but came missing the bearing cap. Doesn't seem easy to buy a replacement cap. Came across a Griplock but seems to be a number of bad reports on it, and availability (in black if I want it to match) is low.
So any alternative caps that could work - I know, a slim hope!

Griplock been fine on mine. When I was missing bits the UK importer was really helpful and I got the spares direct. If it's a tapered headset is it not a griplock already? I think there are diagrams in the king website. If you work out the correct model then you should be able to work out what's missing.
