Whats it like? The last time we rode Chipps (cough) it was like white water rafting.
It's unrideable, there are 4 ft deep holes in it just after the tunnel!
Oh, and the correct name is Tunnel of Love 😆
Most other tracks/ trails are fine again.
Can you pop your front wheel/clear them or are they literally like potholes? 😮4 ft deep holes
BIG holes! I think most folk would struggle to clear them.
The descent to the Railway Station from there is pretty washed out too
If that's the one I rode with ton the other week it's a mess. 75% walkage tbh 🙁
(that's not saying much in my case though 😳 )
Don't bother.
Me and the Mrs were up there last week, the section after tunnel is actually a pretty good challenge to clean and its worth pushing back to tunnel to session. Rest of it is crap, you'd need a 29er to ride it 🙂

from the tunnel to the railway station, is all on a pretty poor state.
