Did you experience the heavy shower/drizzle this morning? Or has it been dry all morning?

Thinking of heading up later so would appreciate a weather report from the locals. ๐Ÿ™‚

Thank you so much!

north of high wycombe.

very light drizzle while i ran (6am) just enough to damp down the dust - tonight should be fast and grippy.

only warning will be that damp nettles can get you from 3' away.

Im in Twyford Berks not sure of where in the chilterns your planning on going.

There was a shower this morning but the ground is drying out very quickly.

Also the rain seemed very light I dont it will have made any difference in forested areas. I doubt its going to be muddy.

Thank you for replies. ๐Ÿ™‚

According to the forecast yesterday, it was to be low cloud today so was a bit surprised at the rain.

Nettles - full body cover again then. ๐Ÿ˜€

I look as though I've been self-harming. Wearing a sleeveless top was not clever. ๐Ÿ™„

Quite used to nettles but my legs keep getting attacked by gorse!

Did a 90 minute ride from Watlington before work this morning. Got soaked from the downpour, and the bike is caked in mud! Haven't seen that for a while. It's cleared up now though.
