Any one got a good route suggestion for MTB rides in Chliterns ?
Works making me take holiday so have decided to do some day rides in areas i've not been to before whilst still being drive-able to in a day.
I've got the VP South East MTB guide - but cant make up my mind what to do from it
Going to drive up from Brighton - so want to pack as much in to make trip worthwhile
Looking for a ride from 35 to 45 miles in length , avoiding any mega overgrown bits
So if any locals have suggestions gpx would be most appreciated

Have a decent route on gpx to / from Tring Station. Includes some busy bits, so perfect for a midweek trip.
