Great to see what looks like a poor (relative to the UK) neighbourhood staging such an event, and everyone out having a good time.
Kind of makes me think that our at times disproportionately conservative attitudes towards 'safety', along with a culture of litigation, sometimes do us out of having fun.
In what hilly city/town in the UK could such an event work, though?
