My closest place that is open is Delamere, and there are only a few berms that are part of the 4x/jumps areas so a bit awkward to get much practice in.
Any recommendations for good places to try? Don't mind travelling a bit but not sure I'm allowed into North Wales yet!
Cannock. The newish final section of the dog has about 6 berms in a row.
What about using local skateboard/bmx tracks?
Find a local pump track

(These work best on hardtails with fast rolling tires but will still work on enduro sleds)
Hopefully be able to cross the border next week ?
Macclesfield Forest has a load of tracks in the woods, many of which have berms.
There's also some sweet little jumps and drops. And some bloody big ones.
Farmer John's. Pump track, though its pretty tight, and some flowy lines now built.

I guess you have tried 'Loamy' down Old Pale ? More rutty than berms but..
Spin up to Gisburn and session the Hope Line.

Oh my god - it's so knackered. Like a singletrack landrover rut that's so narrow it's really quite hard to stay in it!
Good place near me is gisburn forest. But park at cocklet hill car park. Ride up the trail and then turn right at the first fire road, it takes you to the top of the last section with all the berms and then back down to the where you started. Just do that all day. Berm baby berm

That.
Except that it's about an hour and a half from Cheshire.
Cheshire berm practice
I was really hoping this was a euphemism of some sort... Disappointing.
Has anyone ever been to Harthill? Is it a 1-2 hours kind of place, or an all day-er?
I'm of moderate skills, wheels off the ground, Llandegla Black sort of rider.
Don't know which part of Cheshire you're in but Crewe BMX park is s fun place to practice on for a couple of hours.
Best if you can get there during a weekday though if you want it sprog free.
I ride and walk past it regularly although haven’t ridden the Super Bole site myself. I would have thought it’s at least a half day type of place on the first visit.

Hmm, your username makes me think that might not be the most unbiased review. 😂
Cheers, I might give it a try as it's not far from me. 👍
Crewe BMX track. The second corner is ace, near enough an asphalt wall ride! I've crashed many a time racing there 🙂
