I have a cotic soul frame that I bought in the classifieds cheap, then bought a brand new full susser, so the soul was no longer needed, I decided then to try and sell it with no luck i have now decided to build it up but I want to do this as cheap as physically possible, as I have my trail bike for all that, I just want this as a bit of fun/hack/pub bike
So if anybody has any cheap stuff going let me know

Components so far:
> Frame
> Headset
> Seat clamp

Seems a shame to build a Soul as cheaply as possible, but could be worth buying a full bike, either second-hand or cheap-last-years-model-thing, and transfer everything over. 8)

Seems a criminal waste of a Soul, surprised you couldn't sell it unless you really were asking too much.

Guess the cheap option is to trawl the "Clearout" threads for bargain bits and maybe go singlespeed.

After I put all the bling off my first Soul build onto a Blur frame, I think between here and ebay I built it back up for about £250, and £100 of that was for the forks, XT drivetrain and shifting, LX wheels and brakes. Could easily have gone cheaper.
